Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping rates

- FREE shipping on every bundle (2+ items)
- $3.99 standard shipping on orders under $49

Processing & delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays or customs can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at velvetglow100@gmail.com — once an order ships, we can't change the address.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at velvetglow100@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
